There was an electricity in the resident of late Gabriel Ukaha, the father of cheatmaster and Marvelous. He was always fun of calling his children M-C because their names starts with the letter ‘M’ AND C
“Please, where are my children?” he had always asked if he comes back and didn’t find them at home.
Cheatmaster was also making fun of his name and that of his mother too by calling them G-square because their names starts with the letter ‘G’ (Gabriel and Glory).
Cheatmaster laid on the bed thinking of the strange request Kenneth had offered him. “How can someone become a millionaire with just a small amount of money?” he thought. “I will give it a try” he concluded.
On the other hand, Marvelous laid on the bed thinking of what will happen if she visits Raymond the next day. “I guess he will try to rape me. No, no, no,” she shook her head negatively. “He’s to sincere and gentle to do such a thing” she turned to another said of the bed. “But i think he will propose and kiss me” she concluded and smiled.
THE NEXT DAY
Sandra pick up her phone to call her brother, Kenneth because she was not only passing through emotional pains but also body pains due to the abominable child she was carrying. Kenneth picked the call immediately.
“Kenneth, I’m dying emotionally and physically. Why did you do this to me?” she began to cry. “I loved you as my brother, i respected you as my father, i did everything you wanted just to make you happy, but what did i get in return? You raped me, Kenneth, you raped your own blood, Kenneth. What have i done to deserve this feelings that will stay with me till the rest of my life?” she broke down in a serious cry.
“Listen Sandra, i did what i did to make our lives better. Remember the instruction i gave you; never you abort the baby unless you want to die”
The line went dead and Sandra cried the most.
Cheatmaster dressed up once again and went to Nancy’s resident to lend some money from her. Nancy made him to understand that she had no money that can set him up in a business, but he insisted. Nancy brought out 5k. “cheatmaster, i have a bad feeling about this money I’m giving you” she said. “I just hope you will be careful”
“Don’t worry, i will never forget this” cheatmaster replied and kissed her. He left the room instantly.
Then Nancy collapsed on the bed. “I hope he propose to me at last” she thought.
4:00pm
Marvelous and Raymond walked to his apartment as they agreed while Henry stayed behind in the campus hoping to see Amanda.
Marvelous entered Raymond’s apartment and stared at it. It seemed to her as if she was in a palace. “Are you the one living here?” she asked.
“Yes, and Henry” Raymond replied and made her sit on a cushion. “What can i offer you?”
“Nothing” she was still staring at the apartment.
Raymond sat opposite her on the same seat and they discussed about their family bagrounds.
“No wonder you live in such an expensive apartment because your father is rich” Marvelous said.
Raymond smiled and stared at her. Before she brought down her face to look at him, their eyes caught together. Therefore, they began to stare at each other. The feelings of love moved them and they gradually kissed each other.
“I love you, Marvelous” Raymond said.
“I love you too, Raymond” she replied.
“Does that mean we are now into a relationship?”
“Yes, we are”
They smiled at each other and kissed again.
“I’m so happy to have you as my date?” Raymond said.
“Me too” Marvelous replied.
Meanwhile, Amanda had been with Henry at the campus with the hope that they were waiting for Marvelous and Raymond. They sat on a cemented seat under a tree eating snacks.
“You talk as if you can handle a woman in bed” Amanda said openly.
“Try me and see” Henry replied.
“If you try that with me, you will die on top of me”
Henry laughed seriously. “I think action speaks louder than words” he said.
“We shall see” Amanda concluded.
Henry brought out a snack to feed her, she first stared at him and gradually ate from his hand.
“I thought you won’t take it”
“Why wouldn’t i?” they laughed again.
