THE outrageous ACT (My blood)
Season 1 – Episode 5
Sandra was almost the same age with Nancy. They have been close friends right from their high school-but wasn’t that close. She is one hundred percent resemblance of her brother Kenneth who purposely sent her to U.K due to the outrageous act he committed on her for money rituals. She has not been able to get over it as she cried helplessly on a cushion in the small apartment she lived. Angela, a Nigerian friend she recently met activated her alarm door and entered due to nobody came to open it. She was surprise to see Sandra crying again in a big sweater that had a hairy cap.
“Must you keep on crying for no reason? Forget about the fact that you have refused to tell me why you are always in tears, but you must not continue like this!”
Sandra was still quiet with her hands folded inside the big sweater.
“Are you ready to tell me why you always shed this painful tears?” Angela asked looking straight into her eyes. “Just tell me and i promise to keep it as a secret. Who knows if i can lessen the burden for you..”
Before she could complete her statement, Sandra rushed into the closet to vomit, then Angela opened her eyes widely.
Few seconds later, Sandra came back cleaning her mouth and tears.
“Sandra, are you pregnant?” Angela asked.
“Yes, I’m pregnant” Sandra replied without looking at her.
“Is that why you want to cry yourself to death?”
“Angela, you won’t understand” the tears started pouring again. “I’m too ashame to tell you the truth”
“Tell me the truth. Are you crying because of the pregnancy?”
“No, I’m crying because of the owner of the pregnancy”
“Who’s responsible for it?” Angela listened properly.
Sandra looked at her and said, “My brother, Kenneth is responsible”
“Jesus!! What an outrageous act!” Angela exclaimed and adjusted backward..
Meanwhile, cheatmaster dressed up to meet Kenneth for money or a connection. He came out from his room and met his sister, Marvelous also going out for lectures.
“Bro cheatmaster, where are you going to?”
“Come, this girl you disturb me alot” cheatmaster replied as he buckle his local belt.
“I disturb you because i don’t want anything to happen to you. You are the only brother i have. If you don’t tell me where you are going, i will report to aunt Nancy”
“Hey! It has not gotten to that nah” cheatmaster knew that Nancy wouldn’t be happy with him. He placed his hand on Marvelous’s shoulder. “See, I’m only going to see a friend and i will be back soon” he said.
“Promise you won’t come back late”
“I promise”
“Okay, bye” she smiled out.
Inside the campus, Henry had been in a happy mood ever seen he had a conversation with Amanda. He sat with Raymond and said, “Guy, i thank you”
“For what?”
“For showing me Amanda, Marvelous’s friend”
“Is like you have beginning to like her”
“Like is understatement.I love her!”
Raymond smiled, “Well, it fit both of you” he said.
Meanwhile, Marvelous was in Amanda’s apartment as both prepared for lecture.
“How is your lover boy?” Amanda asked.
“You mean Raymond? Honestly, I’m beginning to love the guy. I just wish we take the friendship to another level”
“Are you not the one that told him he can never be more than a friend to you?”
“Come-on Amanda, i was only being a girl!”
Amanda was quiet. Suddenly, Marvelous phone rang. Raymond was calling.
“Hello, Good day, Raymond”
“Good day, Marvelous. How are you doing?”
“I’m fine. I’m in the campus”
“Okay, can we meet later in the evening?”
“Okay, no problem”
“Bye”
The line went dead…
Angela was still surprise at what her ears had heard. “How come your brother impregnated you?” she asked
“I found out he did it for money rituals, and the worst part of it is that i can’t abort the baby, i will die instantly if i do” Sandra replied in tears.
“God! How can someone do this to his own blood?” Angela was still surprise. “They must be a solution to this” she began to dry her tears.
Meanwhile, cheatmaster walked briskly to Kenneth’s apartment. He waited for him to come out from the bathroom for a serious or business discussion. He glanced at the building again.
